Trainer Tips: Bicep Curl with Overhead Press

Today’s Trainer Tip Video is with Lexi – Demonstrating how to do a Bicep Curl with an Overhead Press.

How to: Start with feet hip-width distance apart, core tight, and dumbbells at thighs. Curl the dumbbell up, rotate wrist, and press overhead, straightening your arms.

Areas worked: Biceps, Shoulders, and Lateral Back Muscles.

Recommended Sets/Reps: 12 on Each Side, 3 Sets.
