Peanut Butter Mocha Energy Ball Recipe

Peanut Butter Mocha Energy Balls. Need we say more? We’ve all experienced that mid-afternoon slump – when you find yourself reaching for another cup of coffee, or feel the sudden craving for any and all carbs, just to get through the day. If this is you, look no further. These delicious little energy balls will help curb that craving, and your energy will last much longer than if you grabbed a cookie from the local bakery.

Make them yourself: Mix 1 & 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup ground flax seed, 1 tsp coffee, 2 tbsp raw cacao powder, 2 tbsp shredded coconut, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 5 tbsp natural peanut butter, and 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey). Mix well, roll into balls and store in your fridge! This recipe should make 14 balls – so get to snackin’!
