New Yoga Classes Hitting The Schedule

In the month of February we will be adding two new classes to the schedule: Buti Yoga and Bheemashakti Yoga.

Starting Monday February 10th at 6:30pm: Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a workout that fuses vinyasa yoga with cardio-intensive bursts + dance + strength + deep abdominal toning. It utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti Yoga integrates movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion- resulting in long lean muscles with increased flexibility. Buti classes are very music driven- expect electronic music, and rap- really anything with a great beat!

Starting Tuesday February 11th at 9:00am: Bheemashakti Yoga

Bheemashakti Yoga incorporates repetitive movements and breathwork. Through repeating movements we become stronger and break through impediments to our flexibility. Breathing techniques stimulate circulation and digestion, helps clear sinuses, and can improve posture. By initiating the “agni” or digestive fire we can rev up our metabolism and burn abdominal fat.

We highly recommend you try one or both of these new yoga classes! We have an awesome new instructor, Megan, who is going to bring some great energy and knowledge to this space.
