Meet CBC Group Fitness Instructor, Andrea!

Meet CBC Group Fitness Instructor, Andrea! Andrea has been teaching classes since 2005. We asked her to explain what she teaches at Calhoun Beach Club, and what she loves about it! Here’s what she said, “I’m currently teaching Barre Fitness on Thursday evenings and sub Vinyasa Yoga and Cycling. I really like teaching at CBC because the members are serious about their workouts. Most of my students (of all ages) lead busy lives, so I don’t see them EVERY week but when I do see them in class, they are there because they’ve made time for a solid workout that challenges them. The members in my classes enjoy creative workouts and a GREAT playlist. You will not get any repeat workouts from me. I also like to keep my workouts playful — you will always catch me smiling in class!” If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend one of Andrea’s classes, come see her tomorrow night for Barre Fitness at 6:30pm. #workoutwednesday
