10 At-Home Exercises For The Winter

We’ve officially had our first snowfall in Minnesota and somehow we are already 5 days into November. The days of outdoor walks are behind us, and we are now limited as to where we can get our sweat in! With the Holidays coming up and potential snowstorms that may prevent you from making it to Calhoun Beach Club, we came up with a list of 10 at-home exercises that you can do without equipment, to get that heart rate up in the comfort of your home!

Depending on how much time you have, you can tailor this workout to your schedule and your preferences. We suggest doing each exercise 10 times, and 3 sets of each. If you don’t want to complete all 10, try 5 one day and the other 5 another day. It’s entirely up to you.

1. Walking Lunches
2. Push-Ups (on toes or knees)
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Crunches
5. High Plank (hold for 1 minute, 3 times)
6. Squats
7. Wall Sit (hold for 1 minute, 3 times)
8. Side Plank (each side, 1 minute, 3 times)
9. Jump Squats
10. Mountain Climbers

These 10 exercises target different parts of the body, giving you a full-body workout! If you have a set of weights at home, you can incorporate those throughout, otherwise, all you need is a solid surface and a water bottle!
