8-Week Intro to Pilates Reformer > July 11- August 29, 8am

Have you ever wanted to try the Pilates Reformer? The Pilates Reformer is useful for improving alignment and preventing injuries by using a system of pulleys and springs to strengthen muscles and improve mobility and flexibility! It’s fun, challenging, and will leave you feeling great afterwards. To learn more about the reformer and its benefits, join instructor Amy Jones for an 8-week intro course!

Amy will be offering classes on Thursdays at 8am, July 11 – August 29, for $240. This time slot is limited to 3 people, so reserve your spot by emailing amy.jones@activewellness.com!
