We present to you, Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies. The best part about these cookies is you don’t have to feel guilty indulging in them. Filled with good ingredients, healthy fats, and will leave you feeling rewarded and satisfied. As a staff team we agreed these are some of the best cookies we have had in awhile. Make them yourself! Mix 1 1/4 cups almond flour, 1 cup natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, and 1 scoop collagen (can omit – but it’s a nice boost of protein and great for you). Mix it well and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 and once the 30 minutes are up, take out and mix in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking soda. From there, form into 12 cookies and bake for 11 minutes on parchment paper. That’s it! Take out and let cool completely before serving, and then sprinkle a little pink Himalayan salt on top. Make a batch and share with your friends and family, they will love you for it!🍪
