Homemade Chili & Rosemary Roasted Nuts Recipe

Falling into the mid-afternoon slump? Need a snack to get you through until dinner? You’ve got to try this Homemade Chili & Rosemary Roasted Nuts recipe.

Here’s how it’s done: Pour 3.5 cups raw nuts onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix: 1.5 tablespoons avocado oil, 1.5 teaspoons chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, juice from 1/2 a lime, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary. Mix well and pour over nuts, mixing to make sure they are all covered. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 325 and make sure to stir every 5 minutes to avoid burning! Take out and let cool, and enjoy!
