CBC Summer Youth Fitness Camp!

CBC Summer Youth Fitness Camp will be Instructed by Hayley Chamberlin, NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist!

Kids want to be active and they should be! CBC’s Summer Youth Fitness Camp will provide a variety of activities that will challenge their bodies and minds.

Starting on Tuesday June 10th and going through Thursday August 8th, Hayley will be leading the kids through relay physical fitness, team building and outdoor fitness recreation, while teaching the safety and importance of being physically fit and active. This program is for kids 5-12 years old, and all they will need to bring is a water bottle and tennis shoes. This program is included in your membership, but please claim your spot by emailing contact@calhounbeachfitness.com as spots will fill up!
