8-Week Intro to Pilates Reformer > 4/15 – 6/13, 7am & 8am

Ever wonder about the Pilates Reformer? The Pilates Reformer is useful for improving alignment and preventing injuries by using a system of pulleys and springs to strengthen muscles and improve mobility and flexibility. To learn more about the reformer and its benefits, join instructor Amy Jones for an 8-week intro course! Amy will be offering classes on Thursdays at 7am or 8am, April 25 – June 13, for $240. Each time slot is limited to 3 people, so reserve your spot by emailing amy.jones@activewellness.com!

Amy has been teaching Pilates equipment for 10 years. She loves the increased awareness that Pilates brings, and the mind-body connection that comes with it.
