Just Announced: We have a 6 week “Winter Slump Challenge” starting February 9th! Do you feel like your resolutions are already taking a back seat? Do you need the motivation and advice to help you get it in gear? In these 6 weeks you will have an initial fitness assessment, 3 personal training sessions, nutrition workshops, specialty classes, a great sense of community, and a final fitness assessment. Open to members and non-members… and the grand prize is a free month of membership along with prizes from local businesses! You don’t want to miss this.
