Recipe of the Week: Sweet Potato Toast!

Toasting to a new week! Do you get bored of your same old breakfast every morning? Don’t be afraid to mix it up! Instead of using bread for toast… try using sweet potato! All you need to do is slice it and pop it in the toaster for about 10 minutes. Once the sweet potato is cooked through and slightly brown, you know it’s done. Then feel free to top with all your favorites… on two of them we have greek yogurt & kiwi, and the other is almond butter & blueberries – with granola sprinkled over everything. Sweet potatoes are rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants… plus they are delicious! 😍🙌🏻 #motivationalmonday #foodtips #cbcathletic
