Blueberry Oatmeal Muffin Recipe

Starting your day off with a nutritious breakfast is the key to a great day. It’s even better when you can have something healthy on the go! Here’s what you need: 1 cup mashed banana, 1 cup old-fashioned oats, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 cup blueberries. Preheat your oven to 425, mix everything together, adding blueberries last. Fill 6 lightly greased muffin cups, bake for 5 minutes, reduce heat to 375 and bake for another 12 minutes. And you’re done! Enjoy!
