Pilates & Props > 11/15, 12:30pm-1:30pm

Join Heather as she lead you through a class designed to help you properly incorporate the foam roller and other simple props into your workout routine.  We’ll be going through a mix of pilates inspired exercises and gentle foam rolling techniques, building strength, stability, improving posture, all while reducing muscle tension.
