Foam Roller Pilates > 10/18, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Learn self-myofascial release techniques in this foam roller pilates pop-up class. Heather will lead you through a class designed to help you properly incorporate the foam roller into your fitness routine. Additionally, this class will take you through a mix of pilates inspired exercises and gentle foam rolling techniques, building strength and stability, improving posture and reducing muscle tension.
