New Class: BOSU Strength

The BOSU ball is perhaps the most versatile tool in the gym, especially when it’s fused with other props and tools. BOSU balls can assist in improving your overall strength and stability, promoting healthy joints, functional movement and shredding unwanted weight. Most everyone recognizes these blue half balls on the fitness floor, but few understand how diverse and effective these can be. Corey will shed light on how to properly incorporate the BOSU ball into your fitness plan and guide us through weekly workouts. Join Corey every Wednesday, 8am-8:45am for BOSU Strength. You’ll be amazed by the results you see after only a few classes!
