Cardio Barre Demo Class > 9/20, 7pm-8pm
Sara will be leading a demo class that puts a new spin on one of our class faves. Cardio Barre is a high energy, low impact exercise class that combines a barre workout, light weights and body weight exercises with continual fat burning motion. Emphasis is placed on toning and resistance exercise for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the body. Free for members and guests.
