Monday, January 8th kicks off the start of our new Winter Group Fitness Schedule! We’ve added a brand new class for those looking to squeeze in a quick high intensity workout with Cardio Express, offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. This 30- minute class is designed to get your heart pumping with a mix of interval training in a fun and energetic cardio format.
