We’ve tweaked the Fall Group Fitness Schedule a bit to add more fun to the mix! Be sure to check out our newest class, Strictly Strength, every Wednesday at 6pm with Lisa. If you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger or lean our those muscles, this class is for you with specific exercises designed to target and isolate all major muscle groups.
