Free The ZONE Classes continue at CBC. Take advantage of these heart pumping full bodied workouts, with metrics and reports to track and reward your effort exerted! Look at the schedule below and RSVP to reserve your place. 

Train in The Zone

The Zone is an athletic inspired workout designed to help you efficiently achieve maximum results. Led by an expert coach, this revolutionary results based program uses heart training technology and team based camaraderie to take your workout to the next level.

Heart-Rate Technology

We have partnered with MYZONE® monitoring platform throughout our facility. During your workout, you’ll wear a chest strap underneath your clothing that transmits heart rate, calories burned and effort in real time to a live display and wirelessly uploads that data to a workout report that can be accessed online to track your reslts over time.

July 31st – August 5thWhat To Know:
  • Complimentary demo heart-rate belts will be provided.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time.
  • All demo classes will be 30 minute workouts, hitting all of the heart rate zones. Trainings can be modified for all fitness levels.
