Breathing is the second most important function your body must maintain each day. The average adult takes 17,000-26,000 breaths each day, which is why people generally take this task for granted. Breathing can impact many areas of your body and effect how it functions. We are breathing, but how is it helping or hurting us?

In this class we will address three critical factors that impact how we live each day: 1. What is breathing?
2. The impact breathing has on how we move.
3. How to optimize your beathing.
