New Winter Group Fitness Schedule

Monday marks the start of the new Winter 2017 Group Fitness Schedule. We’ve added new afternoon and evening classes including Hydro Fit, a deep water aqua cardio class and Strength & Core Extreme, bringing the weight room into the studio.
